• Nicotine & Caffeine Pouches: Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, pouches can only be returned if the can, wrapper, or bulk packaging is completely unopened, unused, and untampered with.
• Opened Products: Any items that have been opened or have a broken seal are strictly non-returnable and will not be refunded.

Return Shipping & Costs

• Return Shipping Cost: You are responsible for paying the direct cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Return Address: Approved returns must be sent back to our warehouse in Sweden: Prime Distribution AB

• Important: Do not ship items back without completing this form and receiving our system confirmation. Unapproved returns cannot be processed.

Fees & International Customs

• Uncollected Packages: If you fail to collect your package from the access point and it is sent back to our warehouse, an administration fee of €30 will be deducted from your refund to cover return processing costs.
• Customs Seizures: PouchDaddy is not responsible for packages held, delayed, or confiscated by customs. We will only issue a refund if the package is safely returned to our warehouse. If customs authorities destroy or seize the package, the responsibility lies with you, and no refund will be issued.

Refund Timeline

• Once your return is received and passes inspection at our Swedish warehouse, your refund will be automatically processed.
• Funds will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
