Orders are dispatched within 1 working day after payment. Orders placed on weekends or Swedish public holidays are shipped on the next business day.

  • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days from dispatch.
  • Note: Weekend orders ship the next business day.

UPS Standard (2–5 Business Days)

  • Service: Fully trackable shipping.
  • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days from dispatch.
  • Note: Weekend orders ship the next business day.

UPS Express Saver

  • Delivery Time:
    • Within Europe: 1–2 business days
    • Outside Europe: 1–3 business days
  • Service: Fully trackable with reference number.
  • Note: For certain destinations this is the only available option and will be shown at checkout.

PostNord Tracked Letter (6–10 Business Days)

  • Availability: Only for shipments to the United States.

If you cant see your country?

If you cannot find your country in our shipping list, it may mean that we currently do not ship there, but it is also possible that the country has been unintentionally left out.

If your country is missing, please contact us at info@pouchdaddy.com. We will review your request and, if the country was accidentally omitted, add it to the list or assess whether shipping can be made available to your market.

Tracking of Shipment

You can track your shipment using the tracking link in your order confirmation email. If local tracking is unclear, we recommend using ParcelsApp for detailed carrier tracking.

Red Days (Public Holidays)

On Swedish public holidays, shipping is paused and orders are dispatched on the next business day.

Mixed Stock Availability

Orders containing products with different availability times will be shipped once all items are ready.

Alternative Delivery Addresses

You may select an alternative delivery address such as a UPS Access Point for added convenience.

Temporary Addresses

We discourage shipping to temporary addresses unless your stay exceeds 60 days. Delays caused by customs or carriers are not refundable or reshipped.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government actions
  • Strikes
  • Pandemics
  • Cyberattacks
  • Supply chain disruptions

In such cases, delivery times may be extended without liability.

Excise Duties & Taxes on Nicotine Pouches

Customers are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable excise duties or taxes in their destination country.

We do not collect or pay excise duties on behalf of customers. In some countries, authorities may require customer declaration and payment.

By placing an order, you accept full responsibility for any local tax obligations.

Uncollected Packages

If your package is not collected and is returned to our warehouse in Sweden, an administration fee of €30 will be applicable. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing unclaimed deliveries.
