Return and Refund Policy
Uncollected Packages
If your package is not collected and is returned to our warehouse in Sweden, an administration fee of €30 will be applicable. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing unclaimed deliveries.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You may inspect the product, but items that have been opened, used, or tampered with (due to hygiene reasons) will not be eligible for return. Ensure you retain the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide a detailed instructions on how to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective.
- The item is damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Hazardous materials.
- Flammable liquids or gases.
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with due to hygiene reasons.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item (if eligible) and place a new order. Once your return is accepted, follow the return instructions provided to ensure a smooth process.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your purchase was shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. This applies even if you simply changed your mind.
To qualify, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Please note that customers exercising this right are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund:
- Approved Refunds: You will be refunded automatically on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
- Rejected Refunds: If your return is not approved, we will notify you with the reason and provide further instructions (e.g., disposal or return of the item to you).
- Packages Held in Customs: If your package is held by customs, PouchDaddy is not responsible for delays, fees, or confiscations. Refunds will only be issued once the package is successfully returned to our warehouse. If the package is destroyed or seized by customs authorities, the responsibility lies with the customer, and no refund will be provided.
